3. -We will contact you with results and provide rebuild options

Expedited Rebuild Service:

2. -If possible, we will move your order as far as possible to the front

Recycling:

1. -Send us your old battery packs
2. -We will properly disassemble and recycle junk batteries
3. -Batteries are sent to BatterySolutions for proper disposal.

1. -Free replacement of clips/cases/contacts pending availability of spare parts in our inventory
